Help!! FeedBurner Email Box Not Showing Up!!!

Hi

I have created a feedburner account with the feed for my website (http://gettingoffthebench.com/?feed=rss2) and my feed address is gettingoffthebench. My feed is valid yet the email box does not show up on my preview or my page. Does anybody know how to solve this?? Thank You.
