   Think I have everything correct, set up the database, installed and changed the config file then I get this error when trying to post a test message Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header() in /home/zillamom/public_html/sidney/index.php on line 1

   Sounds like the wrong index.php file. Re-upload the one that came with WP (it should contain the phrase 'Short and sweet').
