Help! Everyone is being treated as a spambot!

Hi. I just realized that no one is able to comment on my blog. They are getting this message:

You appear to be a spambot. Contact admin another way if you feel this message is in error

Error code: nr02

I have de-activated, deleted and reinstalled the plug-in but it’s still not working. Any help anyone could provide would be appreciated!
