For the last several days I've been trying to upload my bio picture and the mastheads in my blog. Everytime, I get this error:
"string(19) "vanessa bio pic.jpg" Something went wrong"
I'm using a theme "ProPhoto2 2.0". I have no idea where to go to try and fix this. Is there a workaround? PLEASE HELP!
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

I think the problem started when I activated the "faster image insert" plugin, but I deactivated it and the problem is still occurring. Since I'm new to this, it's the only plugin that I was using. Is there anything else that might cause the issue?
thanks so much!

yes, i switched to the default theme, and i'm still getting the error. is there a way to change to path in case it's trying to upload to the wrong folder?

i'm not sure what that means... this is new to me.
Browse to Settings > Misc in your WordPress administration. It's the last menu item in the lefthand sidebar.

ok, i made sure that the images are storing in the correct place, but i still get the error. I went to settings>media>
still getting the error.
Assuming your site is the one in your profile, can you view this page and look for the upload path setting on that page please. Simply verify it is set to wp-content/uploads please (even if it shows that on the settings page you checked previously it may not actually be set to that).
