   I jsut started using this new theme and wanted to get rid of some of the extra pages and links along the left..
   http://dominicjackson.x10.mx

   First i want to get rid of the "links" "info" links along the left.

   And have "pages" fully expanded and visible without the title "pages"..

   I jsut want it to look more like a traditional website really, without all the extra stuff that is related to the theme.

   I hope you can help me!

   hey mate yeah that can be done quite simply.

   go into sidebar.php and comment out the divs u dont want. for example if u want to get rid of 'links' just do this:

   <!--<h2 class="menuheader">Links</h2>
   <div class="menucontent">
   
   <ul>
   <?php wp_list_bookmarks('title_li=&categorize=0'); ?>
   </ul>
   </div>-->
