   Heard this problem with the Sideblog plugin in use--is that the case here?

   yeah you right...it came normally when i deactivate the sideblog plugins...do you know other plugins similar to sideblog??

   i already removed the plugins, buy why my blogroll still showed double?

   Not sure why the double entries in your blogroll but you'll want to use the template tag, wp_list_bookmarks, to display your blogroll if you are not doing so now.
