Ok guys, need some help working out where to start tracing an email issue. For some reason my customer with a yahoo account is not getting their notification emails for Woocommerce orders, however they do get their account created emails.
So how do I trace where this issue is happening and potentially resolve? Are there any logs I can check to see if the mail call is working?
I have the latest version of Woocommerce (2.0.7), plus the following plugins active:
- Woo List / Grid Toggle
- Woo Admin Bar
- Woocommerce customizer
- Woocommerce product importer
- Woocommerce product tabs lite
- BM Custom Login
- WP SEO
- One Click Child Theme
- Recent Facebook Posts
- Slick Contact Forms
- TPG Get Posts
- Ultimate TinyMCE
I have tried deactivating plugins and still an issue.
Any thoughts on how to trace this down?
