Help De-construct Layout

Hi,

First, please view the layout here.

Secondly, I am building a site where I have Home, About, Contact, Blog and Portfolio. The blog link is where WP is doing its business with posts, while everything else is a static page. So far, so good.

I need help with logistically breaking down the layout above. I have Alta Lodge, Avenue Homes, etc. setup as pages but my current obstacle is how do I go about the gallery as you see at the top (1,2,3,4,5,6)? I.e. should I use a page for the locations and use some sort of gallery plug-in to dynamically display the gallery items per page? There’s also a before and after for each location (e.g. Alta Lodge has before AND after pictures).

Any idea(s) on how I should approach this?

I’d greatly appreciate it any help.
