   We have a dog rescue and we used a web designer he was great to start with them we couldn't get hold of him. Basically our contact form on our website is broken. It works on one tab on then not on a side sag. I'm a complete novice when it comes to computers and can't fix this. Can somone please help!!! Our site is http://www.walkiesdogs.co.uk

   some problem with setup contact form 7 plugin disable or check setting of that plugin
