HELP!!! Can’t Post New/Preview!!!

I don’t know if its something to do with the latest upgrade or what but all of a sudden I can’t post anything new or preview. When I post an old draft everything is fine but anything new is a disaster. I thought it was only a preview problem but the minute I publish something my site goes down. Anyone know anything about this? I am at a complete stand still without the ability to post.
