All of a sudden I cannont create new post or see old ones.. I get and error 404 not found.. I changed permalink to post-name abou few days ago and do not know if that did it.
I am still able to creat pages but not post.. Don't know if it was the 3.0 update or the permalink change.
How can I fix.. post links come up like this http://ourteamrocks.com/post-name/
Page names come up correct..

Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting. If that works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

Hey Thanks Esmi... That worked.. I would like to make my links more professional.. I would like the name of the post and page to show up at the end of the link without all the numbers..
How do I make this work with both post and pages.. I was using the post-name in the custom field earlier..
I looked at the page but somewhat confusing to me .. thank you...
Try using:
/%post_id%/%postname%/
or
/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/
It is important that you start all custom permalink structures with a numeric.

Hey thanks Esmi... Really appreciate that.. Have you heard anything on this.. I have another post going but did not get any replies.. This is really weird
I'm afraid I don't know anything about HDFlv Player. Can you try another player plugin?
