   Can anyone identify this theme for me? I have looked at a ton of themes and I cannot identify it.

   If you cannot identify it, which theme would I be able to use to make a site look similar to it?

   You may want to check out Elegant Themes. They do provide some similar themes like this.

   It would probably be a custom theme, plus it’s not even WordPress
