   Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.

   Happened after SVN update from wp-admin panel.
   What to do?

   thank you! someone should fix Nightly Build which is available right now.

   Just a warning that night builds should not be used for live web-sites.

   This occurred with the automatic update done inside the admin section, so I presume it did not use the nightly build.

   @MichaelH: Thank you that works.

   For a quick information, just remove the file called ".maintainance" in your base folder (Folder that contains index.php of WordPress).
