• Good morning all the wordpress users. First, I want to thank you for running and answering all the questions on this forum, which i have been reading for some time and it was very helpful.

I am desperate for help. I am running a website http://dopijemy.pl which has been working perfectly. From two days it randomly keeps trying to access install.php , and then shows the message that the wodpress is already installed and I should log in.

Also, random posts disappear (message Not found) but when i refresh the page, they reappear.

I will be eternally grateful for any help. I have tried reinstalling wordpress and it made no difference.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – repairing your database?

Thank you very much for your response. i have tried deactivating plugins, switching theme, reuploading folders and repairing database. Unfortunately, there still seems to be the problem. Sometimes site seems to work fine (http://dopijemy.pl) but as i am starting to think that problem is resolved, suddenly i get “not found” message.

I have observed a regular behavior: no matter what i am trying to do, the site always works when i refresh the page. even if I use wordpress for android app, there are no posts downloaded – but when i refresh it, they appear normally.

Please, is there a possible solution?

actualization: wordpress still wants to access install.php

I also get sometimes logged out, or cannot login, i have to login again and in the url bar there is a phrase “reauth=1”

I really don’t know what to do, and look forward to some kind soul which would help me.

    Cheers
