First of all, I knew I should not upgrade yet. I am very mad and disappointed at wordpress for this error.
http://www.europeword.com/blog is not working. I upgraded all the files manually. I can see the first index page. I can login and make some changes. It finds all my post. BUT links are not working. Tags, pages, post links are not working. ( all my plugins are disabled ).
Please help.

Seems like i am not the only one that has this 404 problem.
Also i haven't seen a single thread that was solved with this issue.

Did you try switching to default theme?
Does it help if you change permalinks to default and back to "pretty" (so that the htaccess gets rewritten)?
Btw. I have no problems with navigating your blog (IE7).

OK its working now. Its hard to tell me what i did - i did many things. Mostly re-installing and copying new files on top of old ones. Or maybe we just needed to wait some times before it will start working . I still dont know....
