   Suggestion: Put a help and password reset link on top. I cannot find how to set the password emailed to me one that I can create to easily remember...

   Help IS at the top, though it's contextual to each page.

   Go to the little icon of you on the upper right. Hover on it and click on PROFILE.

   Change your password there.
