erinhI am using the Comet theme. The pages I have set up so far are static and I didn't want a sidebar so I used the "Wide" template. Now I am adding a blog and I want to have a sidebar on the blog pages.
Comet does have a setting under theme options for a layout with sidebars, but it seems to be global - if I select sidebar it adds one to every page. When I add a new page, the only 2 options for layout are "Default" and "Wide", but they both look the same, with no sidebar.
Do I need to find another theme that will let me assign different templates to different pages? Or is there some code that I can use to customize it? When I go to theme editor I do see files for sidebar-left.php and sidebar-right.php but I don't know enough about php to write code to pull them in, if it can be done.
