    Looking for this?

    http://nunuh.com/x/shh.php?p=1#comments

Make a copy of index.php, then move shh.php to index.php.

First of all, if everything is screwed up, upload the theme again and start over, or find another one. Second, there are extensive step-by-step instructions to help you through this process on the WordPress Codex documentation site:

    WordPress CSS Information and Techniques
    WordPress Blog Design and Layout
    Using WordPress Themes
    WordPress Lessons

And please, try to track down your specific problem and only post that information and not the whole code as it is a bit messy.
