I installed a new plugin for an ecommerce site and now I can't even get into my wordpress site. Please help.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /data/17/1/18/125/1670288/user/1801527/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-shipping/tablerate.php on line 30

This is a site issue - not a plugin one. Try increasing the memory available to PHP.

Is there a way to get into the back end of the wordpress site to deactivate a plugin?

This happened as soon as I activated e-commerce.
Did you try reading the page at the link I posted above?

I did but unfortunately, i've been on hold with Network Solutions for 1.5 hrs and they want to schedule a time to fix it next week. My website is down and not sure what to do.

OK, I was able to go into my ftp and delete the whole e-commerce file which allowed the site to work.
