HELP! 2.3.2

    I just started this whole hosting thing the other day. I got everything going and now I have a message to upgrade. I have been looking over tutorials and I’m confused. Does “Overwrite” mean drop like files on the other if using FTP? It just says that and moves on.

    Then there is, “But don’t do this with this file and be careful with this one.”

    I’m scared to hell to do anything.

    Should I delete the whole thing? Doesn’t this lose what I already have there?

    Leejj-It will be okay! Follow these directions very carefully– http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended
    Backup, and if you aren’t sure, backup again! Check to make sure the backups work. Anything that the directions say to delete, you delete. If it says NOT to delete something, it’s because you will be adding to it. Just go step by step.

    Thanks. Looks like I messed that up. I backed everything up but don’t know what I’m supposed to do with it. Looks like I’m starting over. Good thing I was only a few days into it.
