    [ Moderator note: Fixed. Please don't use all caps in a title like that. ]

    I've installed wordpress ok and I've started building the site but it's necome apparent that you cannot view or leave comments on any of my posts. I can add a comment from the admin side. I've tried changing themes but that hasn't worked. This is my first time using wordpress and I've no idea what I'm doing with the codeing side (html is my limit).

    I can only assume there is something wrong with the install but I've re-installed the comments.php but that hasn't worked...

    Help, please?!

    Thank you.

    Swap back to the default theme. Do you see them comments?

    If so it is your theme. What theme are you using?

    Lots of people are having this problem. I was able to get mine up and running after following this site...

  4. That article works but this is more .ORG specific. ;)

    Hi thank you very much for your comments. Unfortunately I still can't get the comments to show or be able lo leave comments. I've checked and comments are enabled all the settings are correct in accordance with the walk through.

    I am at a loss, I've reset the theme and changed the theme but if wont work. I am considering giving up trying to use wordpress altogether ....please help!

  6. A link to your site never hurts. Edit: Doh! The link is at the top. My bad.

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

    the problem seems to be that all links go to the same url (which is the one with ....music.co.uk);

    do you have any redirection set up?

    Please excuse my ignorance but what specifically needs redirecting and where to? I'm not a technophobe in the slightest but its becoming increasingly apparent my knowledge on word press is particularly poor!

    what specifically needs redirecting

    possibly nothing;

    when checking your site, I noticed that whatever link - such as comments link, or post titles, or achive links - I clicked, they always end up with your site url which ends on ....music.co.uk (i.e. not the url you posted here).

    therefore my question:
    do you have some sort of redirection set up, possibly with your hoster or domain registar?

    Ahh I see yes all my domains point to the ...music.co.uk address as that's the one I have hosting for
