   Hello!

   My 'Hello There!' on the main page isn't fading away like it does on the demo. I did remove some of the original text as shown, but don't think I touched this part (or if I did it was by accident!) I looked through other support topics and didn't see a solution.

   This is a LOVELY theme! Looking forward to moving it to my main blog once I get everything tweaked. :-)

   Try deactivating plugins to explore whether any could be responsible.

   Thank you! I had a jquery slide show in the widget area (it wasn't working and I'd planned to remove it). Deactivating it did the trick. :-)
