Hi, I am using the your plugin in the floating format with elegant sidebar. I have only activated 4 sharing service but the height of the bar is way too much which really looks odd and empty.
How can the size of bar be reduced to accommodate few numbers of social buttons?

Hi, sorry for the delay. Unlike the regular floating bars where you setup the width/height in percentage, The Elegant floating bar is set to take the icons total width/height so this might be a bug. Can you please submit a link so we can debug your code.

    Thank you

Sorry cunjo, i had disabled the plugin for a while. my url http://www.moremag.pk and http://www.outlookpakistan.com. currently the left floating bar is active on them.
Secondly, the left elegant bar is also not appearing on the mobile device.

Hi, here are some printscreen shots that our code does not exist on your pages. (cache was flushed before taking this shots).

First - checked the page source for elements with !Share (the id of the embeded code that holds all your widget settings). No search results were returned. So that div doesn't exist on your page - Screenshot - http://cunjo.com/images/outlookpakistan-nocode1.jpg

Second - checked the incoming scripts in the network debug console. If the code existed and everything went well there should be a link from http://cunjo.com/!Share/index.php there also link to buttons sprite image. As you can see on the second screenshot there is no content coming from cunjo.com - Screenshot - http://cunjo.com/images/outlookpakistan-nocode2.jpg

    Thank you

cunjo...thank you for your cooperation. You are right the plugin was not there when you visited the site. I was actually trying to remove the load from my page. So i disabled the plugin.
I have enabled the plugin again...at the bottom where the empty space is a little wide as i have only turned on 4 social buttons.

Can you please have a look at it this time and sorry for the inconvenience earlier

Hmmm, that is strange. For some reason the javascript calculates wrong the width. I've replicated your style here: http://reviews.whizzin.co.uk and it looks the way it should. The script doubles for some reason the bar width on your environment/website. Did you modified in any way the script as i see the bar is not appearing on your posts. And at this stage that behavior is not a settings feature. Also do you have the latest version of the plugin (version 1.5.3)?

Yes i have the latest version 1.5.3 installed and i can see the bar at the bottom of post as well as on my homepage (www.outlookpakistan.com) but it is wide.
I haven't touched the code in any ways...

Hi, sorry for the delay. Can you try to recreate the bar with same settings, see if that gets rid of the issue. Also can you install it on other wp websites and see if you have same issue? I think there is something in your theme that is causing our script to not calculate the width properly. Thank you
