I am looking for a plugin (ideally free but paid if it means getting the right functionality) to be able to create login-specific access for clients.
eg: If 'Bob' logs in, he will be able to see his page with the content that is personal to him.
Would appreciate any help you can offer with this please

Hi Mr_Bob,
That's actually possible using the Membership plugin available here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/membership/
However, it would require that you setup the Access Levels on a per user basis, so you'll have as many Access Levels to configure as you have users.
Perhaps that'll work for ya though!
