   Hi guys
   My site http://www.spacessential.com is built around pages, not post. For this reason I do not use tags. However I use the title and description function of headspace.
   I am a bit confused with the usage of %%. I write title and description on all my pages invidually. What is the difference:
   -in title if I put %%title%% :: or not before the title?
   -likewise should I put something before the description?

   If someone could explain to me the function and the advantages in term of SEO I would be very grateful!
