    Hi there,

I know the issue of that "Headers already sent" error has been posted millions of times, but I still cant find a solid solution for it and its getting frustrating. What I want to ask is how or why this keeps happening in the first place when creating a theme. All I edit is the files in the themes directory, yet this error is saying there is problems with the config.php, functions.php and pluggable.php, (thats just me) but its always files that are outside the theme directory that people never touched!

Im knew to building wordpress themes but this seems like a major flaw..

It's not a WordPress flaw, you just need to make sure that your codes "work" with WordPress. Change to TwentyTen theme and if your install's working as expected, there won't be any headers already sent errors.

I know TwentyTen works fine, but if the problem is my code why does wordpress tell me the problem is in my config.php, pluggable.php files etc? As I said Im knew to wordpress themes but it seems like a wordpress error?

    Just read the FAQ:

The unexpected whitespace that is creeping into your files is a type of file corruption and it's either a server issue or an issue with the stability of your internet connection (when uploading or editing files).
