header.php is not updating

I changed the permissions to 666 via FTP and updated the file, still no changes reflected on the site.

The file on my server contains my changes, but the header.php on the WordPress editor does not and still claims to be locked from editing.

I’m just trying to add a div/link in the body section.

Pretty sure it’s not a cache issue… I emptied them and retried before I came here.
