   Hi everyone,

   I am using 2.8.5 with Arras Theme, and i would like to have my site...

   ...utilize something like this site (specifically, the header/main body offset where the header background image drops a little below the main blog page):

   We are using the same theme. I tried contacting the owner via twitter, but have not received a response.
