The Header Tag (h3) in the Twenty Eleven theme capitalizes all the words in the Header.
The Header Tags on the Twenty Ten theme will not bold and the (h1) and (h2) tags look the same and the (h3) tag is much larger.

Can you tell us how to fix this please?

this is all doen by design - if you want to change it, edit the respective styles in style.css (of the child theme) of each of those themes.

using a tool such as Firebug http://getfirebug.com/ might help to identify which styles need editing.

Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. First create a child theme for your changes.

Yeah, well the sad thing is I don't understand either of the posts above as I am not a code person. That is why I like WordPress it is supposed to be good for beginners.

    Thanks.

I didn't think we could edit the themes without permission.

Can someone guide me step by step as to how to fix this problem please?

I would greatly appreciate it. Or maybe WordPress will come out with an update to fix this problem.

    Thank you in advance.

It's not a "problem". The theme is working as it was meant to work. If that's not suitable for your needs, then you need to customise the theme CSS via a child theme. Please see the link I posted above.
