Header pic can not be moved…

Hi,

So this might be a newbee question.

But when I want to use a custom Header it first said it could not upload in this folder wich never exsisted, so i made all of them my own.
Now it keeps saying the picture cant be moved.
So i moved it in there.

Yet I dont see anyplace where i can changed this.

Can i change this at all??
Hope so cus i just dont like those lame asss default ones!
