   I was running a test to try out my own header image on the blog.

   When I replaced the orginal file and edited back the orginal file format in header, in the default theme nothing happened. The image is not showing.

   How to I fix this? The header file now has the orginal settings.

   I changed

   ?>/images/kubrickheader.jpg") no-repeat bottom center; }

   to

   ?>/images/kubrickheader.gif") no-repeat bottom center; }

   then changed it back.
   I saved the gif as kubrickheader, then replaced the file with the old one.

   Clearing cache/history didnt help.

   loaded header.php from an earlier save.
   would still be interested in knowing why that happened.
