i am not able to see the header after i upload it.. even when the option of CROP and Publish comes...there is nothing but a blank screen...and no image is visible on the site as well in ALL BROWSERS. the image format is .JPG and it is getting uploaded via http://FTP...although it is accesible via direct URL but does not come on the site...pls suggest...i m using TWENTY TEN theme and VINA theme...not working in any of the custom header themes actually....PLS HELP!!!!!!!!

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

Posted 11 months ago #ok..its working noe...wat was happening was images were getting uploaded in wp-content/uploads folder...while the header was linked to images folder inside the themes folder...so just replaced the original header image with the one i wanted...and then i clicked on restore original...problem solved...but a bug for wordpress guys to solve for!
