Header menu alignments when using full header width

Hello!
For a while I´ve been struggling with header menus positions while setting full header width. I like it that my header lines are spread full width, but then the top header menu is aligned to the full right width and the bottom header menu to the full left width of the screen.
From another post I managed to center align bottom header menu, but it messed up my top header menu :(.
Can anyone please help me, how to align top header menu to the right edge of the container, and bottom header menu to the left edge of the container. Even center alignment for both would be better that it is now.
