   I am using Elegant Grunge theme for my WordPress site. There is an option to change the header which i have done. But there appears to be a semi transparent box of my header background.

   I have disected the CSS and cannot find how to remove this box! Does anyone have any ideas?? It is not the background image that is the problem!

   It's difficult to know just what part of the stylesheet is the issue without also seeing what the theme is doing. Can you provide a link to the theme in action?

   As you can see there is line going through the heading (the girls face) and it seems like it is some sort of transparent box. I just cannot seem to get rid of it.

   Any ideas? x
