One of my URL is http://www.lapiazzadelcastello.it as I see issue on set the message as header for now i have put in footer.
I’m happy to take a look but unless I can see it in action I can’t tell what the issue is. If you put it back in the header I can take a look.
What would be good to know though is what behaviour are you expecting? If you’d like the cookiebar to stay at the top of the screen the entire time, even when you scroll down, then it doesn’t do that. If you wanted it to do that you would need to adjust the CSS yourself (set as position: fixed)
There’a a future version of the plugin coming which lets you customise the CSS more so you might want to wait for that. I don’t have a planned release date yet though.

Yes i would like the cookie bar stay at the top also when visitor scroll down the page like if i set the footer work but didn’t work on header and you are saing to me is normal.
Maybe as I’M only a user and I’M not good with CSS also you can think in the future version to set a checkbox to activate the fixxed position for the cookiebar also for header (top)?

Hi, ok I see- in that case it isn’t a bug, it’s just not designed to work the way you want it to. In the future version I’ll see about adding the ability to keep the cookie bar fixed to the top of the page.
