Header info for specific pages?

I’m trying to reduce the amount of header code and one I’d like to do that is to remove header code that’s not used for specific pages.

For example I use a plugin, fancybox, that only gets used on two specific pages of my blog but the header information gets added to the overall header.php and so the code is present across all pages and it doesn’t need to be.

Is there any way that I can only include that information on the pages that need it? If so, how?
