Alright so far i have never gotten a single reply from a thread i have made could someone please help me with this next problem... I need use the dynamic header plugin and it says to make my header-images folder writable i need help doing that. Also please dont direct me to http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions that makes no sense to me at all.

Also what i need is there to be two header on each page one that is just a image and the other a swf inovex.ca i need to recreate this entire webpage you see how there is a static image above the menu and a flash image under it thats what i need
