   Hi there, and thank you for this great plugin.
   I have a question about header image size.
   How can I modify width and height of the area in header?
   I tried to modify "logowidth" in php file but, even if I can get a larger image, it results cutted in height.

   You also have to increase top margin in this file,
   http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wp-post-to-pdf/trunk/tcpdf/config/tcpdf_config.php

   Hi there,

   I'm having the same problem, but no luck fixing it with the advice above. I'd actually like my header image to run the whole width of the document, so have removed the blog info and description. But even changing logowidth or header / top margin, the logo stays the same size.
