Header image Parallax effect

I am wanting to include an image as my header rather than just text, but I think it would look good slightly larger and with a parallax effect header.

Is this possible with the Hueman theme, and does anyone have any advice on how to implement this or a link to somewhere that does explain the intricacies of this?
