   It was working earlier, but for some reason (???) the image in the upper left of my blog disappears when users navigate anywhere from the main page:

   Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated =)

   It's a permalink problem.

   I'm having the same problem. My permalinks are set to /%category%/%postname%/ and the header on pages dissapears.

   Can you guys tell me how you resolved it?

   Hi guys,

   Try uploading your header image to the images folder residing in your current theme folder. Needless to say you must edit the the path afterward.

   http://www.netcohol.com is a brilliant example with a custom permalink I suppose.
