    I would like to use an image in the header instead of text. When I add the image, it defaults to the left side, but I would like to center it. How can I do so?

    There is an alignment option under the Site Name & Tagline panel in the theme customizer. This will align the site name/logo.

    I have center selected. I have selected not to have the text displayed, just the image. I have an image selected in the header section, which seems to be the only spot to select an image. But when I save all that, it still puts the image on the left.

    I looked around in the CSS editor, but couldn't get the correct spot to adjust center alignment.

    What am I missing?

    You can try this:

    #header-img {
        display: block;
        margin-left: auto;
        margin-right: auto;
    }

    Do it on your child theme.
