It’s an issue in your current theme. As you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial themes here.

Hasn’t wp and ithemes become part of a partnership. Theme was bought separately from ithemes. Didn’t realize it would be a pain in the butt. Thought is was reputable sale. Oh well screwd again.
I don’t know much about ithemes but if you didnt buy the theme from them then you probably didn’t buy the support that comes with it.

Absolutely not. The wordpress.org support forums are meant (and have only ever been meant) for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on wordpress.org. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere. The most we do is recommend some commercial theme suppliers – not individual themes.
However, you paid for support when you bought the theme, so you can always go back to iThemes with this issue. If you haven’t modified the theme, then it would seem that there’s a bug in it and (I assume) they would want to know about that.
