Using the theme 'Codium Extend 1.0.8' i created in photoshop a header of exactly 980 × 250 pixels, which the theme claims would be left as is. The header image is somewhat transparent, so i've used the format .PNG
However, when i upload this header, all the content of my site - with the confusing exception of the background - cannot be viewed.
Why is this header eating my site?

what's exactly in your header.php file? post here so we can take a look on it.

cheers but resolved the problem by getting frustrated and taking the easy way, which involved ditching Codium in favour of a different theme which seems to allow me to place a transparent image as my header without destroying the rest of the site.
