header child menu under the main page

I am setting up a new website http://incoa.co.uk/incoatest using Black and White theme from http://www.hhcolorlab.com. Once moved ut from the home page the header child menu is trapped under the page and I cannot click on the link. How can I get it on top of everything?
Tried position:relative with no luck
