Header blog name problem

Ok, last problem was resolved.
Now i have 2 problems. The first one is that header on the webpage is showing different on different computers. What to do? It says that header image size must be 1440 pixels wide. And it is…so what is the problem?

Second problem is, that if i put a mark on hide blog name on header ( It doesnt hide, so i have to delete blog name in general settings ). Is there a way to have a blog name , and that blog name is not seeable on header.
