    I changed my header to a custom image... it has a blue border that I am not able to figure out how to remove.

    My header

    WP Version: 2.7
    Theme: Default (kubrick)
    Header image size: 740x192 (as recommended by many posts)

    Any other info needed?

    Thanks,
    redmeatfreak

    Delete the line giving margins to the headerimg in your style.css.

    I think background color is being defined twice in the css. you removed the first one, here is the second, located under

    /* Begin Structure */

    #header {
    background-color: #73a0c5;
    margin: 0 0 0 1px;
    padding: 0;
    height: 200px;
    width: 758px;
    }

    Delete this line completely: background-color: #73a0c5; and change the height to 192px, and see what that looks like.

    ...I think...

    Thanks for your responses Saurus and ClaytonJames.
    I removed the background-color line and it worked.
