   Hi!
   My header (title) looks like this "- Description : Sitename"

   How do I remove this:
   "-"

   Dashboard => Settings => General

   ...for the sitename?

   if you are referring to the meta title, then check the code in header.php, the line or section starting with <title> quite near to the start of the code.
