On my site if i have 'www' in the URl it acts as if there aren't any posts:
http://www.theappleblog.com
Removing the 'www' fixes it:
http://theappleblog.com
It just started doing this in the past few hours without me making any changes.

Both work fine here.
It now looks as if it's only in Safari that it does this. All other browsers seem to work fine.
I'm sorry that I can't offer any help, but it's kind of funny that that Safari is giving you problems on a website dedicated to Apple.
I'm not sure why it would do that either, and for me both seem to be working fine, but the permalink plugin might be helpful for you.
Have you tried clearing Safari's cache??
I eventually figured out the issue. I had installed a forum app and the cookies set by that forum did something funny to wordpress. after removing the forum app and reseting safari all was well.
