Hello everybody, i`m very new to the WordPress process of installing a theme!!
I just bought a theme and i wanted to upload it, so i did with Cyberduck to the ftp of the website (i`m not quite sure if it was the right move), i got a new folder in my File Manager called ftpsoccer, inside that there was the folder of my theme that i just moved to the theme sections at public_html/wp-content/themes!!

Unfortunately i cant see the theme in the wordpress dashboard and i cannot activate it!! I dont understnd if my mistake it`s in the process of the ftp or because i just moved the folder advanced-newspaper in some wrong places!!
Thank you in advance for you help!

I find it easier to upload it within your wordpress dashboard.

Logged into the dashboard of your wordpress, go to Appearence > Themes. Then notice the two tabs at the top of the window and click on "Install Themes" Now, just under the tabs you'll see there are some links there
"Search | Upload | Featured | Newest | Recently Updated"

You'll most likely want to choose "Upload"

From there, click Browse and navigate to the .zip file of your wordpress theme. It doesn't need to be unzipped as wordpress handles this for you. Upload yournewtheme.zip and that should do it.

    Hope that helps.

i did try, but it doesn`t read the whole file, it only makes me do it file by file, and most likely are like 200+ files!
i tried to add file by file in the file manager but it takes a lot also...
