meamrussianI downloaded the Domain Mapping plugin (MU plugin, works for 3.0). For some reason, the domains aren't forwarding properly. Everything is on the same server, same server IP.
However, if I set a domain pointer using my admin panel DirectAdmin, it works just fine. I really would like to figure out how to make this work without setting a domain pointer, and just setting up the DNS properly. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I currently have this set:
domain.com. CNAME thedomainwithwp.com.
www CNAME thedomainwithwp.com.
In the settings in WP, I have entered the domains http://domain.com as well as http://www.domain.com.
If someone could help me out, that would be great. The method doesn't have to use CNAME, but also A.
